MASTRO is an online astronomical, numerological, and Vedic computing software platform. All services, including Kundali natal charts, Vimshottari Dasha calculations, Ba Zi Four Pillars, Ashtakoota compatibility reports, and printable dossiers, are purely digital products.
No physical goods, CDs, printed books, or parcels are packaged or dispatched to any postal address.
2. Delivery Timelines & Mode
Delivery Time: Instant (0 to 30 seconds) immediately following payment authentication by PhonePe, Razorpay, or UPI.
Delivery Mode: Directly on your browser screen (unlocked interactive reports and printable PDF dossiers). Order and payment confirmations are additionally generated and logged instantaneously.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all fulfillment is performed electronically over encrypted internet connections, shipping charges are ₹0.00 (Free). You will never be charged any handling, packaging, courier, or delivery fees.
4. Exchange & Re-generation Policy
Since all astrological calculations are generated dynamically based on the user-entered birth coordinates and timestamps, traditional physical exchanges do not apply.
However, if you entered an incorrect birth time/date or encounter any technical corruption while accessing your unlocked report, our technical support team will gladly re-generate, restore, or correct your report access at no additional charge.
5. Delivery Support
If your payment succeeded but your report was not delivered immediately due to network dropouts or browser issues, please reach out to us with your Transaction Reference ID:
